Kenya attained independence on 12 Dec 1963 as a Commonwealth realm with Queen Elizabeth II as Head of State. In 1964 Kenya became a republic, and constitutional changes further centralized the government.
We would like to extend a sincere thank you for the support we received during our annual dinner event, October 5th, 2013. The event was great fun, with fabulous music, delicious food, and a wonderful collection of silent auction items. Together with your support we raised funds that will be used to provide school fees for children in need.
